About Nino

Nino is a highly qualified fitness and nutrition coach. He has motivated, inspired and pushed his clients to levels of physical and mental fitness they never thought possible. Nino's training technique focuses on transforming lives through his holistic attitude towards mental and physical strength. Training with Nino will give you the tools to lead a healthy lifestyle, lose weight, stay fit, stress less and, most importantly, be happy.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT (definition)

The movement humans were built for. Movements that are natural and safe. Movements we use in everyday life, such as squatting, deadlifting, pushing and pulling. These are the movements that promote neurological and hormonal responses, leading to better health, actual strength, core stability, agility and flexibility.

COACHING OPTIONS

Nino offers a range of coaching options. To enquire or book a session, get in touch.

Cancellations: If you are unable to keep an appointment for any reason and do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, full payment of the session will be charged. This policy also applies to no-shows. Please be courteous and on time for your session. If you are late, the session will still finish on time.

  • One on One training sessions include goal setting, nutritional advice, and a mix of weights and conditioning.

    Workouts are personalised and adapted to each client's level of fitness and experience.

    Session Duration: 45 min | $100 +GST

    Session Duration: 60 min | $120 +GST

    Couples Training: 60 min | $140 +GST

  • Group Training sessions are based on functional movement. Groups are kept small to allow for individual guidance and form correction.

    Session Duration: 45min

    Three Sessions per week: $50 +GST

    Four Sessions per week: $60 +GST

    Unlimited Sessions per week: $70 +GST

  • Hybrid Training is a combination fitness package including unlimited group training and a one-on-one personal training session per week.

    Hybrid Training also includes a personalised program and nutritional advice.

    One on One Session Duration: 45 min

    Group Training Sessions Duration: 45 min

    Package: $130 +GST

The Anatomy Lab Online Daily Program focuses on improving overall strength and conditioning, leaving you feeling and looking your best.

The program includes new workouts every day, with videos demonstrating movements. Weekly workout programs are designed to build strength and lean muscle mass, burn calories and improve cardiovascular health.

The training method used in the Online Daily Program derives from functional movement. Functional movement is the movement for which humans were built. Movements that are natural and safe. Movements we use in everyday life, such as squatting, deadlifting, pushing and pulling. These movements promote neurological and hormonal responses, leading to better health, strength, core stability, agility and flexibility.

Each workout includes a mindset section, mobility section, warm-up section and workout of the day. On recovery/rest days, there will be breathing/meditation sections.

The Anatomy Lab workouts can be performed anywhere, with minimal equipment. A pair of dumbbells and a positive mindset with a willingness to challenge yourself is all you need.
